We do ask that your initial payment be made when your treatment is started, and the balance be paid on your final visit. We will send you a monthly statement so you are aware of your account balance and the status of your insurance carrier payments. Most insurance companies take 4-6 weeks to process a claim. Any remaining balance from your initial payment, and after your insurance had paid its portion of the bill, is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan through Care Credit, but that must be done prior to your treatment.
